Stop Nosebleeds Faster Than Ever

Instaclot is a reusable handheld device that delivers a vasoconstricting agent and an absorbent element to a nosebleed in a single push.

Patent pending

The Instaclot device The stem pushes up into the main body while the cotton pushes out of the top of the nose head as you scroll.

How it works

Have it ready for when you get a nosebleed!

Prepare

  1. Step 1: Load the cartridge

Drop the cartridge into the main body and screw on the nose head.

Drawing: the nose head twists on to the right (Twist right), and the cartridge, a plain white cylinder, drops down into the main body (Drop in).
  2. Step 2: Lock the stem

Insert the cotton from the bottom. Then insert the stem, twist it to the right, and pull it down. Instaclot is now locked.

Drawing in two parts: first the cotton is pushed up into the main body from the bottom (Push up). Then the stem, shown in three frames: 1 Push up, 2 Twist right, 3 Pull down, ending with the device locked.

Use

  1. Step 3: Place, push, pinch and hold

When you get a nosebleed, push the stem up, twist the stem to the left, insert the nose head into your nose, and push the stem up. Gently pinch the nose to release the constricting element from the cotton, and wait 5 minutes before removing the cotton.

Drawing: Instaclot points up at the left nostril of a see-through nose, with the cotton just inside. An arrow under the stem shows Push up (1). Two arrows push in from both sides of the nose, labeled Pinch (2).

Clean

  1. Step 4: Rinse all three parts

Wash everything off and repeat steps 1 and 2 so you are prepared for your next nosebleed.

Drawing: a faucet rinses the nose head, the main body and the stem.
